What qualifications do Nutri Core Hub's nutritionists hold?
All our nutritionists are Registered Dietitians (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. They hold minimum bachelor's degrees in nutrition, dietetics, or related fields, with many possessing master's degrees and specialized certifications in areas like sports nutrition, prenatal and pediatric dietary needs, diabetes education, functional medicine, and intuitive eating practices. Our team maintains current continuing education credits and stays updated with the latest nutritional science research to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.
How long does it typically take to see results from nutrition counseling?
Results vary depending on individual goals and starting points, but most clients notice improvements in energy levels, sleep quality, digestion, and mental clarity within the first 2-3 weeks of following their personalized plan. Visible changes in body composition typically appear after 4-8 weeks of consistent adherence to your customized program. For chronic condition management such as diabetes, thyroid issues, or digestive disorders, significant improvements often occur within 8-12 weeks. We set realistic expectations during your initial consultation and celebrate every milestone along your journey to lasting health transformation.
Do you offer virtual consultations for clients outside Utah?
Absolutely! We proudly serve clients across all 50 states through our secure telehealth platform using HIPAA-compliant video conferencing technology. Virtual consultations provide the same comprehensive experience as in-person visits including detailed assessments, meal planning, progress tracking, and ongoing support. Many clients prefer the convenience of meeting from home or office without travel time, and research consistently shows that virtual nutrition counseling produces equivalent outcomes to traditional face-to-face sessions. We also maintain an office in Salt Lake City, Utah for local clients who prefer in-person appointments.
Are your services covered by health insurance?
Many insurance plans do cover Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) when prescribed by a physician for specific medical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, obesity, cardiovascular disease, or eating disorders. We provide superbill documentation that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. While we don't directly bill insurance companies, our administrative team can help you navigate the claims process and maximize your benefits. Additionally, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can typically be used for our services, making professional nutrition counseling more affordable.
What makes Nutri Core Hub different from other nutrition services?
Unlike generic meal plan services, cookie-cutter diet apps, or one-size-fits-all programs, Nutri Core Hub provides truly personalized nutrition counseling based on comprehensive health assessments. We integrate blood work analysis, genetic testing insights when available, lifestyle factors, psychological aspects of eating behavior, and cultural food preferences into every recommendation. Our proprietary technology platform enables real-time tracking, instant messaging with your dedicated dietitian, AI-powered meal suggestions, and seamless progress monitoring. Most importantly, we build genuine relationships with our clients, providing the accountability, emotional support, and motivation that drives lasting change rather than temporary fixes.
Can you accommodate special dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences?
Absolutely—we specialize in creating nutrition plans for virtually any dietary requirement imaginable. Our team has extensive experience working with clients who have celiac disease requiring strict gluten-free diets, lactose intolerance, tree nut and peanut allergies, shellfish allergies, FODMAP sensitivities for IBS management, histamine intolerance, and many other food-related conditions. We also accommodate vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto, Mediterranean, halal, kosher, low-sodium, heart-healthy DASH diet, anti-inflammatory protocols, and culturally-specific dietary preferences. During your intake assessment, we thoroughly document all restrictions and ensure every recommendation is safe, enjoyable, delicious, and nutritionally complete.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly! We offer flexible rescheduling options with at least 24 hours advance notice at absolutely no additional charge or penalty. You can easily manage your appointments through our user-friendly online portal or mobile app with just a few taps. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a nominal fee may apply to compensate your dietitian for their reserved time slot. We also offer a complete satisfaction guarantee—if you're not fully satisfied with your first session experience, we'll refund your payment in full or credit it toward a different service option of your choice.
Do you provide meal delivery services or only nutrition guidance?
Nutri Core Hub primarily focuses on expert nutrition counseling, comprehensive education, and personalized planning rather than direct meal delivery operations. However, we maintain partnerships with several carefully vetted healthy meal delivery services across the country and can recommend specific options that align perfectly with your unique nutritional needs, taste preferences, and budget considerations. We teach you how to shop strategically, cook efficiently, and eat mindfully for optimal health—skills that empower you for a lifetime of independent wellness management. For clients needing extra convenience, we offer premium add-ons including custom meal prep guides, grocery delivery coordination, and connections with vetted personal chefs in major metropolitan areas nationwide.
